We appreciated the stay here, good experience. The host was always available. Location was incredible and amazing, within a walking distance of everything we needed.

the deluxe apartment was absolutely fantastic and well equipped with central heating, a satellite tv, and a dining area. the location was great and stunning, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a fortress palace.

The location of my room with a shared bathroom was great, as I could easily reach a fortress palace, and the staff here was amazing and kind.

Its location is magnificent and lovely.

In our opinion, it’s an excellent place for travelling to Florence. Staff is as helpful and amazing as possible. Beds are extremely comfy. Kitchenette is available for you to cook.

The Crystal Ship Apartments in Florence are the perfect base for exploring the city. The location is fantastic, with all the major attractions just a short walk away. The studio apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. The kitchenette was well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare our own meals. The free WiFi throughout the apartment was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected and plan our daily adventures. The private bathroom in our studio had free toiletries, which was a nice touch and saved us from having to pack our own. We loved that the apartment had air conditioning, keeping us cool and comfortable during our stay. The living/sleeping area was spacious and the Smart TV was a nice addition, providing entertainment after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I found the shower in the private bathroom a bit small, but I understand that others might not mind it at all.

The host, Dario, went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. He found us when we were lost, recommended delicious restaurants, and even helped us find alternate accommodations when we needed to stay an extra night. He even moved our bags for us! Best hosts ever!

We really enjoyed our stay at Crystal Ship. We were here for three nights and found the apartment to be clean and comfortable. The location was great, close to attractions but still felt like we were part of the city. The key pickup was simple, and the apartment had everything we needed, including a TV and a decent-sized fridge. The pillows and mattress were really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. a positive experience.
